SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.
For order above Rs999 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below Rs999 there may be a normal fee of ₹50 charged for delivery.
- We ship your order within 24-48 hours.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code. - You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail

Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products.

If Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any courier service including Speed post.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:
Step 1: Email us at help.caroxygen@gmail.com to initiate exchange.
Step 2: Put the items in the caroxygen Box along with the original invoice.
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and courier it to us at the below mentioned address.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at help.caroxygen@gmail.com
